Event details

There's no need to fly off to Ibiza this summer, as Su Casa is returning to North Wales in one of the biggest dance festivals of 2018, bringing the best names in house, trance and techno. This year the venue is 15th Century Bodelwydddan castle, where the grounds will be transformed into a tropical trance paradise for the event. With a host of big names and local talent, its guaranteed to be the biggest lineup ever seen in the area. You can also expect multiple arenas, street food vendors and a newly extended late licence

Whilst I don’t doubt for one second that this will be a good event if it goes ahead, I believe it is extremely important that anybody considering purchasing tickets should be aware of certain facts.

The company arranging this event is currently being pursued through the courts relating to an unpaid debt. Su Casa Events have admitted to owing this debt but maintain that they are unable to pay it as they have no funds available.

The company also recently organised an event at Venue Cymru in Llandudno which was cancelled approximately 24 hours before the scheduled date and moved to a local nightclub instead (much to the displeasure of many people who had purchased tickets in advance). Many of whom experienced great difficulty in obtaining a refund following the event.

It is imperative that anybody considering purchasing tickets should take note of the terms and conditions stating that tickets on this occasion are “non refundable”.

So here we have a presumably loss making company being pursued for a debt via the courts whilst simultaneously selling tickets which are “non refundable”?

Does this trigger alarm bells for anybody?

It is also worth noting that the two original directors of Su Casa Limited have created FIVE different identities between them with Companies House whereas they really should only be listed once per person. One of these directors had a previous company which was “dissolved via compulsory strike off”. Just ten days later this director created a different identity with Companies House (by simply adding their middle name to their identity) which allowed him to basically have a ‘fresh start’ without any legal association to his previous company.

With this in mind, I believe it is reasonable to suggest that the best option for anybody wishing to attend this event is undoubtedly to keep hold of your money until the day itself and then pay on the gate.
