The BQ (Business Quarter) website has just published an interesting North Wales connected article written by Maria McGeoghan. Titled "That Takes The Biscuit" it 's a fairly lengthy account of North Walian baker James Shepherd successful revival of the ancient Aberffraw biscuit. It's quite an interesting read, not only does it cover the historical aspect of the biscuits origins but the local North Wales orientated business aspect of the piece is interesting as well.
